TERRELL’s role: Appointed at the outset of construction, our role was to validate and check the entire Structural Design (concrete, steel and latticework timber canopy), approve all details and provide full Site Supervision for this complex and highly innovative building.

The Centre Pompidou-Metz is located in the Amphitheatre district, near the TGV high-speed train station and the city centre. It is the cornerstone of an ambitious urban renewal programme. The building includes public areas in addition to the many exhibition areas, a creative studio for projections and performances, an auditorium, a bookshop-boutique, and a restaurant-cafeteria.
