Renovation of a complex of listed buildings in the heart of Paris, to create a group of shops and offices.
The existing wooden structure was reinforced and load bearing walls were added. The restoration
included building services installations to modern standards. Additional lower levels were created by underpinning the existing structure.
Complete renovation of MEP systems to international standards.
