The building is divided into two blocks: one block consists of a 2 storey structure and contains a workshop, a reception area, a meeting room, technical service room; the other single storey building is for warehouse use. The ground floor structures are reinforced concrete, the first floor, which is for office use, is a timber frame. The waterproofing is applied directly to the timber frame. The two blocks are linked by a steel footbridge. A green wall surrounds part of the building.
