This office complex - to be built in several stages - draws on the demand generated by the proximity of the Blagnac aeronautical workshops in an urban development zone. The design takes into account the climate of the region with a facade finished in metal and wood and numerous solar protection devices that combine to produce the overall style. The second stage of buildings are laid out around a garden and company cafeteria and place the emphasis on the convivial atmosphere of an office complex destined to accomodate diverse buisinesses.
