TERRELL's role: Structural Design from Concept through to Detailed Design.
Originally 60 storeys and 230m high, the towers were reduced by 15 storeys due to investment considerations. The reinforced concrete core works in conjunction with the structural steel braced facade frames, with floors of composite concrete and steel construction.
