ECO CAMPUS NANTERRE
The Ecocampus Nanterre is an ambitious projet of over 100 000m² on the former Papèteries de la Seine's location.
The Bordeaux Euro-Atlantique EPA has chosen the EIFFAGE-Jean-Paul VIGUIER-WOODEUM project team for the creation of the first 18 story wooden tower designed in France.
TERRELL will be the engineering consultants and timber structure specialist.
This victory for TERRELL, whose specialists in timber structures have a large number of references on important and complex projects in this field, is an endorsement of its place as an engineering reference in timber constructions.
In addition to the 12000m2 tower, reserved for residential space other than the retail space on ground level, the project also comprises offices, further accommodation and a 160-space car park.
"REINVENTER PARIS" - L’HÔTEL DE COULANGES
Terrell is structural and facade engineering consultant in the winning team led by Patrick Hazan / Beacon Capital Partners with the Sahuc & Katchoura and François Chatillon Architecte practices..
The Hôtel de Coulanges, a magnificent mansion built in the 17th and 18th centuries, located on Rue des Francs Bourgeois, is at the heart of the lively and historic Marais district. It was the childhood home of the Marquise de Sévigné, a 17th century woman famed for her letter-writing.
Terrell will bring its expertise in the renovation of exceptional historic buildings, to both the structural and building services design to marry beauty and comfort in the mansion.
"REINVENTER PARIS" - TERNES-VILLIERS SITE
Terrell is the Structural and Facade engineering consultant for the winning team, of the Ternes-Villiers competition, led by BNP Immobilier with Jacques Ferrier Architecture and Chartier Dalix Architectes.
As true mixed-use bridging building, the project presents numerous technical challenges such as the crossing of the Paris Peripherique ring road and the use of timber structures.
The Ternes-Villiers project is an occasion for Terrell to demonstrate is technical expertise in in civil engineering, timber engineering and facades; as well as its capacity to accompany ambitious architectural projects for the Paris of tomorrow.
